Playground landscaping at Bambini Childcare, Newtown

Project description: New Prestige Childcare centre in the Heart of Newtown Designed by Jeavons Landscape Architects

This project evolved around transforming an old development of eight individual dwellings built in 1936.

Works included transforming sloping site into usable, child-friendly play areas.

Use of different materials including spotted gum timber deckings, feature spiral cypress two-storey cubby, sandstone crazy paving, exposed aggregate concrete pathways, low maintenance synthetic lawn areas, sandpits with feature Malabar Rocks and play equipment.
